- 3-5 Years Old Child
At Funtastic Kidz, our Toddler Program for children aged 2 to 3 years is designed to spark curiosity, foster independence, and nurture development in a safe, welcoming environment. Located in Wyndham Vale, our family-owned childcare centre is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) standards.
Our toddler room offers a play-based learning environment tailored to the unique needs of your child, helping them build social, emotional, and cognitive skills while having fun!
General Science
A fun and hands-on science program designed just for toddlers! Through simple experiments, playful activities, and curious questions, little ones explore the wonders of the world around them perfect for curious minds aged 2 to 3 !
Music
A joyful music program for toddlers that inspires movement, rhythm, and fun! With sing-alongs, instruments, and playful melodies, children explore sounds and songs while building early listening and coordination skills. Perfect for ages 2 to 4!
Outdoor Activities
Wiggle, giggle, and explore! Our toddler outdoor program is full of playful adventures like nature walks, bubble bursts, mini obstacle courses, and more — all designed to spark joy, movement, and discovery in the great outdoors!
Our Approach to Learning
Our program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0, which emphasizes Belonging, Being, and Becoming. We focus on creating child-centered experiences that encourage exploration and self-discovery. Our qualified educators design activities to support your toddler’s growth in key areas:
- Physical Development: Activities like climbing, dancing, and sensory play to enhance fine and gross motor skills.
- Social Skills: Group activities to promote sharing, turn-taking, and building friendships.
- Language and Communication: Storytime, songs, and conversations to boost vocabulary and confidence.

A Day in the Toddler Room
Our toddler program is structured to balance routine and flexibility, allowing children to feel secure while exploring their interests. A typical day includes:
- Morning Welcome: Greetings and free play to ease into the day.
- Group Time: Songs, stories, or discussions to build community.
- Learning Activities: Art, sensory play, or outdoor exploration based on the week’s theme.
- Meals and Rest: Nutritious meals and quiet time to recharge.
- Outdoor Play: Time in our secure, nature-inspired playground to promote physical activity.
- End-of-Day Reflection: Sharing experiences with educators and preparing for pickup.
We provide all meals, adhering to Nutrition Australia guidelines, and cater to dietary needs. Nappies and other essentials are also included for your convenience.
